newspaper adsWhat is the last YouTube video you watched?
What is the last YouTube video you watched?
I have a feeling that there was no “face” in the video.
You see, Faceless YouTube videos were always a thing. This is nothing new.
However ai and the ease of creating videos have made things a lot different in the past 12 months.
Anybody, without any serious editing experience, can be a “YouTuber” now – thanks to ai.
Here’s how the process goes:
Step 1: Create a nice script using GPT about any topic you want
Step 2: Use Leonardo.ai to create animation videos for your script
Step 3: Publish the video
Step 4: Repeat
This is a volume game, the more you publish, the better is your chance of breaking through from the crowd.
Here’s an example of a video I did as an experiment to see if I can create faceless animated YT videos.
I got 200 views. Nothing amazing.
As I said, it is a volume game.
If you want to do it, I will recommend the following steps.
- Find a topic that’s universal, trendy and has a lot of recent interests. Use something like Gummysearch or exploding topics to find recent topics.
- Create the channel using the process I mentioned above. Trust me, it is very easy. The video I showed you above took me less than 1 hour to make.
- Keep publishing 2 videos/day. Yes, if you can’t upload 2 videos/day – this will not work.
Give it 90 days.
And if you can do everything right from the above, you are highly likely to have a YT channel that works.
Don’t trust me?
Here are a few that I found are doing amazingly well.
channel/UCmfZN5nnXs2TOTy_ 3Jb8ZUA – Sold for $21,000 recently – makes $300/month - https://www.youtube.com/@
SNOOKR/videos – selling for $6k – makes $50-100/month.
Both being sold on Flippa.
I see opportunities in the faceless YouTube space and I will recommend that you explore this.
newspaper ads
Hope you are well.
I have a simple, but effective idea for you today.
I came up with it – and I am sharing it with all of you to steal.
Here’s the hypothesis:
Businesses are always looking for innovative ways to market their products.
They show us ads with celebrities, they show us product photos, they show us billboards & they come in as newspaper ads.
They do everything in their power to make their product memorable in our head because if we remember them, we will buy them.
As a one person agency, what can you offer to a business?
Yes – you can offer your design service that they will hire for their social media.
Yes – you can offer your marketing service, that they will use for their growth.
But it kinda ends there.
Until now!
Introducing: Creating Music For Your Business – as an offer
Think about this.
What will work better for a pet food company as an ad?
Option 1: A regular ad which talks about the benefit of their pet food?
Option 2: A rap song that sings about the benefit of their pet food.
The 2nd one, daa!
The problem is, songs have always been difficult to make – but that was before ai came in and revolutionized this industry.
There are ai tools like Suno.ai which makes creating a song simple. You just go in, put in your input and you have a song within 5 minutes.
It is crazy! and I think you should try to take this opportunity.
Here’s what you will do:
You will Instagram DM / Cold Email businesses saying that you have made a song about them and you would love for them to listen to it.
If you reach out to 100, 10-20 should reply positively.
I mean, who doesn’t want to listen to a song about them?
As soon as they reply back – you will go in and create a song using Suno.ai or any other song creation ai tools.
But wait, don’t share it yet.
Now use TikTok or Instagram Reels to create a reel using the song + footage you find relevant. You can do it within TikTok or IG app.
Fast forward 20 minutes, you have a song that is in a reel format for the business.
Share it with them now and ask if they liked it.
If the answer is yes – here’s what you will pitch:
“Glad you liked the song X. Please feel free to share it on your social media. It is all yours.
By the way, I create ai music as a professional. If you want an ai song about one of your products/ services – let me know. I will create it for you. Songs have a higher chance of getting attention from people than a regular reel / video ad – you should at least try it.”
If they say no – move on.
If they say yes – quote your price (start with 100 USD) – and there you go. You have your first customer.
It is a number’s game. The more businesses you reach out to – the more success you will get.
Try it out.
I think you will be surprised with the results.
Don’t share it with your friends. This is only for the Friday community.
Thanks
fan of watches?
- The target market is wide. Every male and female can wear one
- There are different design / variety options to pick from
- Way less crowded than t-shirts (similar market demand, less competition)
In today’s email – our goal is to encourage you to start a watch brand.
Let’s begin.
Fun History Lesson:
A few years ago, me tried to prove something to the audiences of mine.
Starting a business is super easy and it only takes 7 days to get to 50,000 BDT/month profit range.
So I started a brand called Casual Friday.
You can check the page here: https://www.facebook.com/
It was a page about custom wall clocks, an idea that I thought was fun at that time.
I hired a designed to do some designs, gave him 25% of all profits (no upfront cost) and I paid for all FB ads.
Within 3 days, we started getting sales.
And within 7 days, we were profitable and making a good amount of money.
I later published a video on YouTube explaining the whole journey.
Here’s the video if you want to watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?
Warning: Terrible audio in that video, sorry about that.
Anyways, long story short – if I had to do it all over again, it would have worked even better now.
Yes, the competition has increased but so are the number of customers.
Everyone now are fine ordering stuff online – which is why, it might be a great time to start a FB ad heavy business.
Let’s look at a recent international example.
Meet Jonah, a 17 year old from USA.
He is a swimmer and he loves watching YouTube videos.
One day, he saw a video about Shopify and realized, building a website is way easier than before.
Anyone (literally anyone) can now build a website within 2-3 days if they watch 10-20 videos.
But Jonah had a problem.
What will I sell on my website?
Jonah decided it will be watches and he started this Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/
Simple idea – an idea that we have seen many many times before.
Order products on Alibaba / Ali Express / one of those Chinese shops and then sell in the local market.
He did that.
And with the power of FB ads, he got to $14000 USD/month in no time.
He did his FB ads like everyone does their FB ad but it didn’t work. That’s where the main lesson of this email comes.
50% of your ad’s effectiveness is in the copy.
Many of us think it’s the budget – we are not putting enough budget for ads.
Many think it is the targeting. We are not targeting the right people.
Where both of those can be true – 50% or more of your ads performance would depend on what you write (both in the image and in the text surrounding it)
Initially, Jonah’s ads looked like this:

These ads didn’t perform well (as expected).
Initially Jonah thought what any of us would think.
Maybe its the budget or the targeting.
But no, it was the copy and the creative.
The ads were boring.
Boring never works in marketing.
When you are starting your ads, keep that in mind. The more creative you get, the more is the chance of your ads performing well.
Jonah later on change his ads to things like “elevate your watch game with our watches” and cool video transitions.
He immediately started seeing results and he kept on increasing budget as he saw more and more sales.
Here’s the summary of the whole concept like you are a 5 year old
- Watches are great as they perform like t-shirts but with better margins + less competition
- Focus 100% of your energy on FB ads for the first 12 months of your business
- Make your marketing interesting
Until next week
create blogs
Recently, I have been researching about community building and I found two cool “hacks” to speed up the process of building a community.
Before I go into those hacks – let me first explain why you should have a community.
Let’s think it simply with basic logic.
Why do we create blogs?
So that people come to read the blog posts and in the process, we make money via ads, affilaite deals or by selling something to the person who came to read our blog – right?
Internet is now at a stage where you can do that same thing without a blog.
It is called building a digital community.
A digital community can be of different types – but some of the most popular ones are:
- Reddit Subreddits
- Meetup Groups
- Facebook Groups
etc.
Why have a community? Imagine a scenario like this:
You own a big community of 100,000+ members who are all in a sub-reddit. You can now make money using this community in a variety of ways.
- You can sell them something
- You can do affiliate deals
- You can do one time offers
- You can take them on a newsletter and then monetize that
The opportunities are endless.
What I am trying to get at – is the fact that a community is exactly like a blog – without the hassle of creating a website.
Now that I think I have explained it right – let’s talk about two hacks that you can use to grow a community.
Meetup
Meetup is one of the world’s top community platforms. Every day, 100s of people are using Meetup to create different types of communities. Some are virtual, some offline & some have no purpose.
Step 1 would be to finding a niche that you like (exactly what you do before you create a blog). Let’s imagine our niche is travel.
Step 2 would be to finding out all the travel meetup groups that interests you. Join all of them. Joining is free.
Step 3 is patience.
You see, Unlike FB groups – it costs money to create Meetup groups – and sometimes, these admins don’t renew their meetup membership.
When they don’t – Meetup sends an email to all group members asking if someone else wants to take over the group.
You wait for a moment like that and yes, you will have a 10k+ member based travel Meetup group in no time.
Now that you have the meetup group – you can monetize it however you want.
SubReddits
Reddit is great. I love reddit and I think Sub-reddits are great when it comes to community building.
But yes, it is tough.
And the process I will explain isn’t easy – either, which is why the opportunity will exist for a while.
Step 1: Create the subreddit. Creating a subreddit is free. Let’s imagine we are creating a subreddit on travel.
Step 2: Create a Zapier alert with keywords. Whenever someone posts anything on Reddit related to your keywords – Zapier will trigger.
Keywords in this scenario can be things like: Travel, flight ticket, vacation etc.
Step 3: Connect Zapier’s next step with Open Ai’s Chat GPT and ask GPT to respond to that query with a smart answer, with a goal to bring people to your subreddit.
ChatGPT will reply something like: Hey X, this was a good question. I think you might find your answer here: r/youramazingsubreddit
Play around with it.
If you comment 50-100k times/day using Zapier and GPT, you will have a thriving Sub-reddit in no time.
It is complicated and that’s why I love it.
Hope this helps.
If you have an active community of 100,000+ members, you will easily make $2-$5k/month – no matter the topic of the community. That’s a guarantee.
eCommerce businesses
The idea is to create an Ai UGC service for eCommerce businesses.
Let me break it down for you.
UGC = User Generated Content
eCommerce companies love them because they are natural, they come from users and they are great for ads and organic reach.
This is so popular that UGC is a listed service on Fiverr.

There are 100s of freelancers who you can hire as “ugc” creators – who will talk about your business as if they were a customer.
Here’s the thing though.
These freelancers are expensive. They are slow and you cannot scale any of these.
Enters ai.
People are creating ai girlfriends / ai boyfriends – but you won’t do that.
You will go ahead and create ai avatars who can then talk about different products and services.
Step 1: Creating UGC Avatars using a platform like Heygen
You can use any platform you want – I like Heygen as they are simple to use.
Step 2: Create an ai avatar, fine tune it. Take at least a week to learn everytihng about ai avatars so your avatar looks natural.
Step 3: List out 100 eCommerce businesses who sell products (not services)
Step 4: Start creating videos. Pick a product from eCommerce #1, create a script using ChatGPT and create the video then using HeyGen.
I will also use either TikTok or Instagram Reel editor to then edit the video a little so it looks more polished.
Yes, you can just use the TikTok or Insta editor. You don’t need Adobe Premier Pro for this.
Step 5: Send what you created to the brand via Instagram + Facebook + LinkedIn and Email
Once they reply – ask if they want more and tell them that you can literally make your avatar say anything they want.
I am assuming you wil have a hit rate of 1-3% (1-3 will convert into customers out of every 100 leads) – but the rate can vary.
Test it out.

The search trend is massive for ai UGC – so if you are good with PPC ads – you can skip cold outreach and go for Google Ads.
I think both will work.
It will take at least a month to start seeing results and the ones who stick to it will definitely see it.
music for pets
Hi everyone,
If you have been reading Friday emails – you know one thing very well. We have had a lot of pet related business ideas in here.
Following the tradition – we have our monthly pet business idea today.
It is creating music for pets.
Now, before you laugh me out from the room – let me show you something cool
Check out this website: https://www.musicforpets.co/
Yes, it is a real business with 1000s of subscribers- and this is a platform where you can play music for your cats / dogs.
It costs $4.99/month and they make millions.
Now, that’s an idea in itself.
If you can create music for animals and sell for $1.99/month – you have a business there – but why stop there?
Before we go deep, let me show you what the industry looks like.
![]() |
The search volume for pet music industry makes no sense.
Every month – the numbers are increasing.
There are 100s of different variations (calm music for dogs, classical music for dogs, calm music for diabetic dogs etc) – the list goes on.
As there are enough search volume in the industry, I think you can go two ways about this.
No matter which direction you take, the first step will be the same – which is creating the actual music.
Step 1: Creating the calm music
I will either partner with a musician for this or use an ai tool like Suno ai to create the music. They have to be long, they have to actually calm the dogs and cats – and they have to be soothing to listen to.
This used to be the most complicated of the whole process – with ai, this is actually the easiest of the lot.
Step 2: You now have to decide whether you want to make it a blog and monetize with ads – or if you want to make it a subscription and charge people money.
I like the free angle – because you get two things:
- Easy subscribers
- A lot of data
I am imagining a website where I can sign up – create a profile for my dog / cat and then play music for them.
How will the website make money?
There will be ads, of course. And also, as you will have 100s of pet owner’s data- you can email market and do affiliate offers, you can sell your own cat / dog toys – the options are limitless.
Basically, the goal is to get them in the door using relaxing music and monetize them later with something else.
This strategy should work – but the straight up subscription angle works too (as proven by the sample showed)
Cats/ Dogs are not going anywhere.
In fact, pet ownership is increasing worldwide and people’s spendings for their pets are also on the rise.
With ai coming in the picture at the perfect time – this seems like too good of an opportunity to miss.
Think about it.
Chat next week.
